The Founder
Valor Evolution LLC was founded by MaKenzie Tiegs, a seasoned Paramedic, Wildland Firefighter, National speaker, and program developer with over a decade of frontline experience.
In 2014, MaKenzie was awarded the Medal of Valor from the U.S. Department of the Interior, recognizing her courage and dedication in the line of duty. Through years of service on the frontlines, she witnessed firsthand the growing gap between the challenges first responders face and the systems available to support them.
What became clear was this:
